The hotel was very convenient to the Magnificent Mile. The staff were friendly and accomodating. The room was clean and the shower was great with alot of hot water. We were very satisfied with our stay there.
There is nothing negative to say about the hotel.

Staff this well-trained are rare: they answer the phone personally, email replies are speedy, they are kind and helpful. And the hotel is beautiful - stylish, comfortable, fun. They keep iced water with lemon in the lobby at all times, plus juice during the afternoon, coffee in the morning, and wine at 5 pm. Some rooms have views of the river - which is worth requesting - and all rooms have window 'seats' which are really elevated beds. Great for a nap. Though across from the elevator, we found the room to be very quiet. The drapes are true black-out drapes - and stay shut - a real plus if you want to sleep in on a summer day. There are lovely extra touches - a chaise lounge, full-size desk, good reading light, lots of natural light. Really, we hated to leave the room.
Hair dryers need to be requested - but it would be nicer if they were already in the rooms. Also, a nightlight in the bath would be a nice touch.

The staff is fantastic, great location & excellent/friendly wine hour each evening. The maid folded my towels to look like elephants - very cute & made me smile!
I like everything - restaurant next door, perfect location, great service oriented staff (very helpful bellman & doorman).

the property was quaint and intimate with helpful staff from check-in to check-out. truly enjoyed staying at the well-maintained king room with comfortable bed. a fridge, an ergonomic chair, and a work desk were a very nice touch. the location in the north loop which is very good for exploring the loop area was incredible and stunning for us.
Sadly, but there was hair in some areas.

Very comfortable, nice different decoration, excellent service, personnel, complimentary wine between 5-6pm. Few blocks from Billy Eliot's musical (must see!). Great restaurant close by, Catch 35! Nice walk to Mgnif. Mile. Allow 1 hour to airport due to traffic.

Location was central to everything and the staff was very helpful. Toilet paper was really poor quality.
Minor problem with the bill that was quickly settled.

Location is great. Nice large clean room with a nice view.
Some staff members were really professional and service minded, some other did not care and acted strange I must say. There seems to be a leadership issue. Small detail; they offer a early morning tea and coffee in the lobby and the tea tasted coffee because they seems to swap coffee and tea canister back and forward.

I really enjoyed my stay, especially the comfy beds and the relaxing wine reception every evening. The pool and sauna were nice spots to unwind after a day of exploring. Just a heads up, I had to pay a little extra for early check-in, so plan accordingly! 🍷

A very nice hotel in a beautiful city! Everything was very good: comfortable, clean and quite big room, friendly staff. Very convenient locations, the Magnificent Mile is in walking distance.
Nothing significant apart from bathroom which looks a bit old (but anyway clean).

The hotel's decor was so chic and inviting! I loved the warm colors and attention to detail, with stylish accents everywhere that reminded me of a cozy, upscale living room.
A phone charger would have been helpful.
